A large hotel operator was undergoing major interior renovations at two of it’s Radisson hotels and two of it’s Sheraton hotels. The client was looking for a vendor that could assist them with artificial plant recommendations on potential upgrades to their interior plant programs.
     
INITIATIVES:
  
Commercial Silk Int’l began by understanding the client’s budget and design expectations. Once the budget was established, Commercial Silk Int’l began to create a design that took into consideration the client’s design objectives, light levels and the environment.
     
RESULTS:
  
With minimal light availability in most areas, a relatively high degree of potential vandalism and the need for large specimen plants, Commercial Silk Int’l proposed artificial plants and trees. The resultant design upgraded the quality image of the hotels, increased the impact of the plant materials and reduced each hotel’s monthly operating expenses.
