This lobby area was due for a large update, and when we stepped into the picture, we realized it was also a great opportunity to introduce some utility as we updated the aesthetic. Using careful placement of these large Mediterranean Olive Xanadu trees, we were able to guide foot traffic to more sensible areas where people could congregate and sit. The introduction of foliage also helped to reduce echoes and noise in the otherwise open lobby, in effect making it an ideal place to meet and talk.
