Nature is a beautiful force, but it can also be cruel and uncompromising, as this stretch of luxury beach-side homes discovered. The development owners were frustrated with the cost of maintenance and constant plant replacements, as the relentless ocean wind and saltwater ravaged their grass displays again and again. Plantscape was contracted to make a permanent change, replacing their dying and salt-ridden live grasses with permanent artificial exterior foliage that could stand up to sea-spray, UV rays and everything in between. These vibrant dashes of color immediately re-energized the development, and within two months nearly every unit on the strip had sold.
