Butterfly

The Plantscape Butterfly represents a collection of art peices incrusted into a prefabricated panel. This is a display area for the art. The art creats a contrast with the wall panel. The art placed on the wall begins to tell the story of the space by having influence over its atmosphere such as its sound, movement and color. It is hard to view the image of the butterfly without imagining it in motion. This movment increases exponentially with the number of butterflies. It is easy to imagine their wings flappy whether they are stretching or preparing for a voyage.
